Operation Christmas Child 2023

Missions Ministries

We have a mission team that supports local missions as well as missionaries around the world.
10% of all tithes and offerings given to Plymouth Church go to missions.

Billy Graham Evangelistic Association

BGEA exists to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ by every effective means and to equip the local church and others to do the same.

Bless this Child - Raleigh, NC

Our members get together for sewing days. Some may cut out dresses and shorts while others iron, match up t-shirts and some sew the outfits. The clothing is hand delivered by mission teams to forgotten children all over the world.

Cross All Borders Ministry

Crossing All Borders Ministry crosses geographic, ethnic, economic, educational, and denominational borders to help those in need.  They strive to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through donations of tangible good. They desire to participate in the work of the Holy Spirit to reach people for Christ and to provide opportunities for spiritual growth through missions. Plymouth routinely visits the warehouse to assist them in packing supplies for people in need worldwide.

Cross Examined Ministries

CrossExamined.org is a ministry started in 2006 that conducts dynamic I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be An Atheist seminars on college campuses, churches, and high schools. Led by Frank Turek and other Christian apologists, Cross Examined exists to address the problem that 3-out-of-4 Christian youth leave the church while in college, many because they are intellectually skeptical. In addition to I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be An Atheist, CrossExamined.org presenters address other topics young people face today. The ministry also has a television show on the NRB network (DirecTV channel 378) and an app.

Hand of Hope Pregnancy Centers

With four locations now, this Christ-centered ministry helps women and families with unplanned pregnancies. They also supply materials and items needed for these women and even do ultrasounds, counseling, life skills, birthing classes, etc.

Meals on Wheels - Raleigh, NC

This ministry serves 1,300 meals every weekday to the elderly, homebound, and persons with disabilities in Wake County. Their outreach consists of hot meals for homebound individuals, communal dining for seniors in congregate dining rooms, and frozen meal service for dialysis patients and other homebound individuals in isolated areas. Over 2,200 volunteers help deliver meals Monday through Friday each week.

Meals on Wheels of Wake County was founded on February 12, 1974, with ten volunteers meeting at Hillyer Christian Church to deliver meals in downtown Raleigh. Since then, over 8 million meals have been served in Wake County alone.

Operation Christmas Child - Global

This is a ministry of Franklin Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse that packages shoeboxes filled with items for children. These boxes are delivered worldwide at Christmastime to show Christ’s love. We begin collecting items in October and our Children’s Ministry sorts and packs the boxes. Our youth and children ministries sort and pack the boxes together. Our mission team pays for the shipping. We deliver the boxes to the nearest distribution center where they are sent worldwide. Plymouth routinely packs and ships more than 100 boxes.

SuNica is a name that embodies the idea that Nicaragua is Your Nicaragua, or better yet, it’s God’s Nicaragua, and we should care for it as such. The vision is to see Nicaraguans thrive through access to clean water, education, and economic opportunities. They also seek to develop leaders who pour themselves back into their communities through Christian discipleship.
